All e-gift cards or e-certificates are 100% non-refundable. All sales are final!
E-cards expire a year from the time of purchase. (Under the Ontario Gift Card act gift certificates and gift cards for spas can expire act. 2022.

It will take 2 days to process your order plus Standard Shipping time of 5-12 business days to receive your order by mail in Canada. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you've recieved it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To do a return in person please contact us immediately to arrange a time at our shop at our clinic.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspected it and notify you that we have received your return item.
Once your return has been approved, we will initiate the return to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your credit card policies.
