Can I book over the phone?

No, we have set up an easier online booking experience. All bookings must be done online and a deposit is required for all bookings to ensure your spot. 

Do I have to fill out a Health History Form?

Yes, everyone is required by law to fill out a health history form to ensure your safety throughout your session.

How do I get my products for “Pick Up”?

Once we have received your order, we will contact you to set up a pick up time for your products once your products are ready.

How long do my products tend to ship?

After your purchase it takes 2-3 business days to process your order and 3-5 business day for your products to ship within Canada. US shipping will take 7-10 business days to ship plus processing time.

How do I know when I will receive my shipment?

All orders are provided with a tracking code once it has been shipped. This will make it easy for you to track your item.

What happens if I suffer a reaction to the products?

We adviced you to please contact us glowbyive@gmail.com to let us know of any reactions as soon as possible. Ivette Paredes is the owner and licensed aesthetician who will help you determined if what you are experiencing is an allergic reaction.

Is it normal to feel a tingly sensation with the use of my products?

Yes, tingly sensation is completely normal to experience due to the higher concentration of ingredients in our products. Our lines carry from 2% - 15% more concentration of active ingredients, which deliver faster results.
